Another example of our excellent service delivery levels enabling us to retain and build on a fifteen-year partnership. The project covers the management and distribution of Severn Trent Water’s strategic stock requirements for emergency works.

We are operating from our Derby facility where our experienced team, control and transport over £500,000 worth of strategic stock annually to emergency water pipe bursts throughout the Severn Trent regions. We successfully service Severn Trent Water’s requirements using locally sourced labour, while maintaining the high standards expected by the client.

Our service level agreement requires 24/7 emergency call-out cover. To meet our delivery SLA of four hours, we have immediate access to Severn Trent Water’s full range of strategic stock. We are committed to enhancing our service in what is a regulated industry ensuring this critical provision supports Severn Trent’s statutory compliance.

Also, in conjunction with the Logistics Contract, Enigma is currently storing over 1.631 miles of pipework valued at £1.1m on behalf of Severn Trent Water for future scheduled maintenance projects within the region.
