Roy has overall responsible for establishing and providing operational QSHE & Energy strategy, policy, guidance and resources as needed to meet the priorities of Enigma Industrial Services targets, objectives, programs and service delivery.

Roy has over 38 years’ experience, 25 of which were spent in the automotive / plant engineering management, health & safety and quality assurance, including Total Quality Management. He spent 16 years in the Industrial, Construction and Rail sectors.

Roy is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (CFIOSH), Chartered Member of the Quality Institute (MCQI) and Member of Advanced Motorists (MIAM) and has been an active speaker at the Safety Specialist Groups including the British Safety Council and various building companies attended by the Health & Safety Executive. Roy is an active member of the National Access & Scaffolding Confederation and is a CISRS Advanced & HAKI System Scaffold Inspector.
