Apprenticeship or leadership development programme
We provide new or existing members of our team a route to learn and grow as an asset to Enigma. Apprenticeships combine traditional learning alongside working and being assessed within our workplaces. By working this way, less experienced employees learn from our experienced professionals now, with the help of external assessors and coaches.
We also support existing employee’s with professional training to support ongoing career development. In collaboration with recognised training providers and universities throughout the UK.
