Urban Quarter is an exciting development of 261 new homes. The development offers a variety of bespoke 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes. Located South of Bristol with easy access to Bristol City centre, Urban Quarter is the latest development to be built as part of the Hengrove Park regeneration scheme.

The overall scope involved providing access to allow the development to be constructed. This involved internal & external scaffold for the buildings, loading bays, birdcages, and staircase, all to accommodate timber frame and traditional house building.

Protection fan and debris netting was also included providing coverage on public walkways, to maintain access throughout the duration of works. This was the third project delivered in the Bristol area for Kier Living, demonstrating the trust they have in Enigma Industrial Services to deliver these types of works.

Due to working on public walkways we were required, in conjunction with the client, to interact with the local authorities for permit approvals. This involved demonstrating in our design, the incorporation of the protection fan and debris netting to maintain public access without any disruption.
