Our partnership with UKPN spans over six years with Enigma currently responding to over 1400 annual scaffolding requests; as the sole provider for all of their scaffold requirements across the three distribution networks of East Power Networks (EPN), Southern Power Networks (SPN) and London Power Networks (LPN) with many requirements undertaken as reactive emergency call outs. As part of our service level agreement, we have dedicated teams operating locally across all regions underpinning our commitment to providing full-service, 24-hour cover 365 days a year.

Our forms capture all scaffolding requests, ensuring we offer an immediate and effective response to all UKPN scaffolding requirements, allowing both UKPN and Enigma to manage the whole life cycle of the order process from inception to the final invoice.
